"Easy way to get around London"
I’ve used Thames Clippers a few times now and I’ve never had to wait long, so in my head that means they must be reliable. The boats seem to come along often enough that you can kind of just show up and go, which I like. It’s a really handy way to get across London, and it feels nicer than being stuck on the Tube...

"Not reliable enough for commuting"
I’ve used Thames Clippers a few times for work now and, the timing has been poor. Today the boat was late again and there wasn’t really much information, just loads of people standing around checking the boards. I get that delays happen, I do, but this isn’t exactly cheap, and I chose it because I thought it would be reliable. I was meant to, well, I ended up being late for my meeting. I wouldn’t use it again if I needed to be somewhere on time

"Canceling Was Surprisingly Not a Nightmare"
I had to cancel my booking at the last minute, i was ready for it to be a whole annoying ordeal because that’s usually how these things go. But it was actually way easier than I expected. The only thing that stressed me out a bit was the confirmation email taking a while to show up, so I was sitting there wondering if the cancellation even went through. Like, just send the email faster, please. But the refund came through just fine, and customer service was helpful enough when I checked in. Not a flawless experience, but overall, it worked out well

"The boat was running a bit…"
The boat was running a bit late, but they let us know quickly through the app and again at the pier. That helped a lot and made the whole thing less stressful than it could’ve been. Fair play to them for keeping us updated

"Rude staff made me lose confidence"
I wanted to like this place, but the staff really put me off. I asked a simple question and they acted cold and irritated, like I was wasting their time. It made me feel uncomfortable, and it definitely chipped away at my trust in the place. Not an experience I’d want to repeat.

"Apple Pay worked fine"
Used Apple Pay. No issues. Quick checkout. Did what I needed.
"Helpful staff, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff were really helpful once I finally got someone, and the ramps made getting around easy. I just wish I hadn’t had to wait so long before being helped, because that part was frustrating.

"Surprisingly Clean and Comfortable Ride"
I used Thames Clippers last weekend and, unless I’m just setting the bar too low for public transport, I was genuinely impressed with how clean it was onboard. The seats looked tidy, the floors were clean, and even the toilets were in decent shape, which I didn’t expect on a busy service. The staff seemed to have everything running smoothly too. Maybe I was just there on a good day, but it made the whole ride feel much more comfortable.

"Great Way to See London from the Water"
Took the Uber Boat from Westminster to Greenwich and really enjoyed it. The whole process was super easy, from getting on to finding a spot to sit, and it was so much nicer than being stuck on the Tube. The views were brilliant, especially going past Tower Bridge and seeing so much of London from the river. It was a bit windy outside, but worth it. I’d definitely do it again just for the ride.
"I mostly use the app to check…"
I mostly use the app to check sailing times and buy tickets, and overall it does what I need. It’s easy to find the next boat, which is helpful, especially when I don’t want to queue. It can be a bit slow to load sometimes, which is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. I do keep an eye on the ticket prices, so I like being able to check everything before buying. Not perfect, but convenient enough.

"Plenty of Space, But Still a Bit of a Hassle"
There was actually plenty of space, even during the evening rush, which was nice. I just wish it didn’t feel like so much effort getting in, finding my spot, and dealing with the busy crowd...

"Really glad I gave it a try"
I use Thames Clippers often now for getting across London, i’m relieved I gave it a go. It’s been really reliable so far, the boats actually show up when the app says they will, which makes planning so much less stressful. Even when it’s busy, everything feels organised, and I haven’t had any major delays. Some days it’s just a much nicer option than taking my chances on the tube.

"They did get back to me, but it…"
They did get back to me, but it took way too long tbh. I appreciate the response, just wish it had been a bit quicker becuase I was waiting around for it.

"Way Too Crowded for the Price"
The boat was really packed, and we couldn’t even get seats together, which was frustrating after paying full price. The service was okay, but the whole seating situation really annoyed me and kind of took away from the experience

"Good value for a longer London trip"
I’ve used Thames Clippers a few times now, usually when I’ve convinced myself I’m too tired to deal with the Tube or I’m running late and don’t want to pay for a taxi. Overall, I think it’s good value, especially for longer journeys across London. It’s definitely not the cheapest if you’re only going one stop, but for a proper ride it feels worth it, and it’s much nicer than being underground. The seats were comfortable enough and the boats were mostly on time. I’d use it again, though I do wish the fares were a bit easier to understand...

"Boarding was a bit of a mess"
Used Thames Clippers last weekend and, the boat itself was fine once we were on. But getting on was... yeah, not great. The queue wasn’t really clear, so people were kind of drifting around and pushing in, and it all felt more confusing than it needed to be. The staff looked busy, to be fair, but there wasn’t much direction happening. Just felt like boarding took way too long for what it was.
"Easy and Stress-Free Pier Access"
I used Thames Clippers last week and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the pier access was. The signs were clear, there weren’t too many steps, and the staff were really helpful with pointing people to the right queue. I had a small suitcase with me and didn’t have any trouble getting down to the boat, even though it was busy. It was much smoother than I expected, and I’d definitely use it again. I’ve already mentioned it to a friend who’s visiting London soon

"Pretty disappointing onboard"
My trip wasnt the best, to be honest. The seats felt really cramped, the toilets werent clean, and the wifi didnt work at all. There wasnt much room for bags either, which made things even more annoying. For what I paid, I expected the basic stuff to be handled better.

"Comfy ride when it’s not too busy"
I’ve used Thames Clippers a few times now and, the main thing I always notice is how much nicer the seats are compared with cramming onto the tube. The boat felt clean, and I had enough room for my bag, which is pretty much what I care about on a commute. It did get a bit crowded at one point, so I stopped paying attention to the view and just focused on keeping comfortable, but most of the trip was smooth and easy. Definitely still a nice way to get around, and I’d use it again

"Super Easy Ticket Booking"
I booked my tickets through this the whole process was really quick and easy from start to finish. I didn’t run into any confusing steps, annoying glitches, or unnecessary hassle, which I really appreciated. It was just straightforward, simple, and pretty much exactly what I needed when I wanted to get my tickets sorted without wasting time.
